Join us as we welcome Kutatás Winery from Salt Spring Island for an evening of Hungarian-inspired cuisine and exceptional wines.
Chef Landon Crawford, drawing on his Hungarian roots, has created a traditional Hungarian menu, thoughtfully paired with the distinctive wines of Kutatás. Winemakers Mira Tusz and Daniel Dragert cultivate estate vineyards on Salt Spring Island and North Saanich, producing wines with minimal intervention, spontaneous fermentation, and remarkable textural depth.
