Celebrate 2025 with a luxurious five-course tasting menu. Highlights include Hokkaido scallop tartar, a smoked lobster roll with optional caviar, and a decedant duck Γ lβorange, all followed by a silky brΓ»lΓ©ed tart and petit fours. Begin with bubbles and savour each course as the night goes on.
Guests booking in the restaurant will still need to make reservations for the lounge and are not guaranteed entry unless they have made a booking beforehand.

John Lee Trio
Nanaimo, BC-raised multi-instrumentalist John Lee is one of Canada's most acclaimed jazz artists. Early in his career, he performed with Phil Dwyer and Ingrid Jensen, and at 19, made his U.S. debut with pianist Cyrus Chestnut at Dizzyβs Club Coca Cola in New York City. Lee has since shared the stage with top jazz musicians, including Eric Alexander, Joe Farnsworth, and Peter Bernstein. In 2021, with the support of Cellar Music Group, he released his debut album, The Artist, featuring legendary drummer Carl Allen.
